Kualifikasi :
- Bachelor Degree in any field (preferably Bachelor of Agricultural or Business Administration)
- Have working experience in commercial function is an advantage
- Has good communication skills, english proficiency is not mandated but preferred
- Computer literate.
- Good working attitude, positive approach.
- Self-starter and proactive personality.
- Flexible and adaptive to changing conditions in the business/markets/industry
- Experience in organization is an advantage
Job Description
- Plan daily activities, including customer visits and quantitative and qualitative objectives to achieve.
- Follow market and competition evolution, passing information to senior staff.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
- Coordinate admin origination work (setup, verification)
- Ensure complete vendor Payment documents (Invoice, Tax Invoice, Recap)
- Coordinate point capture and overlay request to GIS. and verify planting year with ASD/ GIS team for new vendors or land additions
- Responsible for the smooth running of payment and general administration
- Communication and coordination with the Mills team, independent farmers, unloading personnel in the mill
- Other duties as assigned
