Farmer Development Assistant
Kualifikasi :
- Engineering bachelor degree or equivalent
- 5 Year Experience in Plasma Management/Partnership.
- Having knowledge and capability related to plasma farmer development (technical expertise, organization, finance, human resources, and communication aspect.
- Having knowledge and experience working at Plantation, especially Plasma would be preferred
- Knowlegde about ISO 9001/14001, RSPO and ISCC
