Farm Superintendent
Kualifikasi:
- Min bachelor’s degree in Agronomy with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field or Diploma in Agronomy with 5-8 years of relevant experience in farm management or a related field.
- Preferable have experience in same position (minimum supervisor)
- Preferable have driving license (SIM A/C)
- Good in English, both speaking and writing.
- Good in Ms Office
- Have experience to make operational budget planning
- Strong leadership skill, initiative & innovative person
- Good Communication, good analytical & dynamic
- Willing to travel
- Ready to work at Wanayasa, Purwakarta – West Java
Job Description:
- Make a general planning of Farm activities, including trial location, supply of farm material and equipment, and labor allocation to ensure that breeding program can be conducted.
- Organize and control realization of all Farm activities including labor allocation, usage of Farm material and equipment, application of specific technology in order to get optimum result to support breeding program
- Control and evaluate performance of Farm employee (Supervisors and Farm worker) in quality and quantity aspect in order to ensure that breeding program can be implement in timely and efficient manner
- Create daily, weekly, monthly report about performer in farm
- Collaborate with Farm manager make some alternative technique / method to be implemented in farm to obtain effective & efficiency manner.
- Develop skill of Farm employee by internal or external training in order to obtain optimum Farm result
- Develop and maintain good relationship between Farm and neighborhood to obtain conducive environment
- Prepare, doing and check for ISO implementation in Farm Department.
- Make design for WIG season with clear lead measure so easier to be understood for all farm team.
