Assistant Plantation
Kualifikasi :
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in plantation/agriculture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of ISPO/RSPO/ISCC certification.
- Knowledgeable in the application of good agricultural practices.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- More than 5 years of experience managing oil palm plantations with a minimum area of 2,000 hectares.
- Experience in replanting work.
- Knowledge of oil palm plantation, kemitraan concept, and good agricultural practices.
